Subject: Election of the Prior Provincial
Be it known that on this day, August 21, 2025 (Avila, Spain time), the Chapter for the Election of the Prior Provincial was held. The Reverend Father MARIANO GONZALEZ MARTIN was duly elected to the office of Prior Provincial.
Fr. Mariano Gonzalez has humbly accepted the decision of the Chapter. The Master General of the Order of Preachers has subsequently given his canonical confirmation.
