On this blessed day of July 1, 2024, the Our Lady of the Rosary Province of the Order of Preachers is filled with immense joy as we celebrate the simple profession of nine of our Brothers at St. Albert Priory in Hong Kong. These Brothers have taken a significant step in their spiritual journey, embracing the evangelical counsels with wholehearted devotion.

Alongside this, we are thrilled to announce that 11 novices have received their Dominican habits and have officially begun their Novitiate. This marks a pivotal moment in their lives as they embark on a year of deeper discernment and formation in the Dominican way of life.

The sacred ceremony took place in the serene setting of the Rosaryhill School Chapel and was graced by the presence of the families, friends, and teachers of the Brothers. Their support and prayers have been a source of strength and encouragement for our Brothers as they commit to a life of prayer, community, and preaching.

We are delighted to share with you the joy and hope that this day brings to our Dominican family and the wider Church. Please join us in congratulating our Brothers on their profession and in welcoming our novices as they start their spiritual journey with the Order.
