With sorrow, we announced the death of Fray Teodoro Moreno Gómez, OP., He died quietly at 7:15 am.

Fray Teodoro Moreno Gómez was born in Fuentespina, Burgos - Spain on December 7, 1937. He completed his elementary studies in the same city. Fray Teodoro made his novitiate in the Convent of Santo Domingo, Ávila (1963-1964), and his first religious profession as Cooperator Brother on July 29, 1964. 

Our brother dedicated his life to the care of the brothers as a nurse and was also a doorman of the convent for many years.

The burial will be on July 23, 2020, in the Ávila cemetery at 11:00 am. The funeral will be at 1:00 pm in the Parish of the Royal Convent of Santo Tomás.

We pray for the eternal rest of our dear brother Fray Teodoro Moreno Gómez, OP. We ask God to see the dedication and unconditional dedication of this brother in building the Kingdom of God. We also pray for the friars who have had the opportunity to live with him in the different houses where he was assigned throughout his life.
